Thieves Guild Questline

It's the first major new Thieves Guild story in nearly a decade — 8 quests centred on Quen's effort to build a guild chapter in Daggerfall while navigating rival gangs and the Koldane Cartel. The writing leans into classic TG themes: stealth, heists, planning, and avoiding bloodshed. A new player house introduced in Season One, unlocked by collecting four house fragments:

• Wherenow Code Key — quest 4 of the main questline;
• Mysterious Nocturnal Note — Heists reward coffers;
• Baffling Baan Dar Note — thieves troves;
• Indecipherable Sai Note — outside Thieves Guild content, not included.

The questline is permanent — ZOS confirmed this at launch. There is no deadline to start or complete it. The Rogue's Refuge house fragments, however, have seasonal context — collecting all four before October 21, 2026 unlocks the house during the current cycle.
